Detailed Description:
Lewis Quarry (LQ) is located in the Town of Lewis, supplying construction aggregates and asphalt to northern Essex County. LQ has a New York State DOT approved hot mix asphalt plant and produces DOT approved aggregates from a granite quarry located on site. Additional products available at this site include washed manufactured sand, rip rap, decorative stone, natural screened sand, crushed gravel, and railroad ballast.
